number of clients

Hi,

One of the reasons we are looking at this script is because our current software whmap is very slow once it has a few thousand customers in the database.

 

Is anyone here running this script with that many customers and does it handle it ok.

 

We even moved whmap to it's own server but it's kinda slow listing invoices etc, especially when you have to mark them paid manually.

Nope not a problem for me! Had WHMCS for about 9+ months and nevered had this problem. If such a problem does come up the hard working development team will patch that up ASAP!

I'm currently running WHMCS with about ~1000 clients in it and it seems to handle it well. Then again, the server it is hosted on does have a lot of grunt. (Dual AMD Opteron 246, 2GB RAM, SCSI hard drives)

Currently, the largest numbers I'm aware of in WHMCS are 6000 clients, 4000 hosting accounts and 2500 invoices. No performance issues with that.
