error 500 when updating domain contacts

Hi,

When clients try to update their domain contact details and error 500/internal server error occurs.

 

There is nothing in the cpanel 'show errors' log and there is nothing in the apache error_log.

 

error logging is on in php.ini and also added to htaccess on the account using

 

php_flag display_errors On

php_value error_reporting 6135

 

I have removed the header & footer, replaced the template files etc... same error.

 

The rest of whmcs seems to work fine.

 

Anyone got any ideas ?
