shoggy24 Posted April 8, 2008 Share Posted April 8, 2008 I am not sure if this whmcs issue or 2checkout issue or i need to enable something, but my clients are complaining that after supplying all info at 2checkout and they click next they get a website cannot be found error page instead of payment was succesful page. The payment meanwhile was succesful but the page to confirm it is not displayed. They can only confirm it was succesful by waiting for the email or checking the client area. shoggy24 Posted April 9, 2008 Author Share Posted April 9, 2008 Part of what is hindering me from resolving this, they dont remember what the url is and when i try to do a test of 2CO it dosent look like i am using their demo. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 9, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 9, 2008 WHMCS passes the return url it wants along with the payment request so make sure you don't have any entered inside your 2CO account and that direct return is disabled.
