here is a simple one or at least it should be.

 

I am trying to change the background colour of the default template, not the background within the wrapper but of the body. I changed the style.css settings but does nto seem to want to change, any ideas?

In the CSS file put.

 

body{ background: #CCCCCC;}

 

Of whatever color you want etc
