LevelHosting.ca Posted April 5, 2008 Share Posted April 5, 2008 Hello Everyone, Before I link the customers from my cPanel to work with WHMCS I made a test account logged in to the client area and selected "Submit ticket". I submitted a ticket and it reported: Ticket Created #XXXXX Your ticket has been successfully created. An email has been sent to your address with the information. If you would like to view this ticket now you can do so. However, after checking the email address where it should have went there is nothing there and the actual email went to sales@levelhosting.ca. This has been happening for sending reminder emails for payment as well. I checked in General Settings --> Mail Tab and in the BCC section I have removed the email address I had before.
