Configurable Options Upgrades

Now, im not sure if ive missed this somewhere, ive searched the forum and found nothing relative to it.

 

Heres the scenario:

 

I have a shoutcast plan setup:

 

SC Low - 24Kbps

 

On this plan i have configurable options setup for the following:

 

Listeners:

 

10 Slots - £x.xx

20 Slots - £x.xx

30 Slots - £x.xx

 

And so on, up to 100 slots.

 

Now, say a client has the above with 20 slots and wishes to upgrade to 40 slots (same bitrate) how can they do this? i see no option on the client side to upgrade this, only on the admin side and that wont invoice the user until the next renewal date.

 

Basically...... how can a client upgrade or change a configurable option from there client area?

You have to create the option so that they can choose it. You would add the 40 Slots - x.xx as either an addon or configurable option.
