hightekhosting
We have a problem with domain reminders. They simply are not being sent. We have the settings as 90, 60, 30, 14. 7 but still no reminders. Now if I force the reminder to be sent, it leaves out the number of days. Ie: The domain name listed below will expire in days. Does anyone know how we can resolve this issue as it is very important to us as much as it is our clients? PPH
Have you got the next billing date set for these domains? That is the trigger date, not expiration date.
hightekhosting
Next due is set at the same date of the domain expiry. Suggestion?
PPH
support[at]whmcs.com comes to mind Have you checked the DB for any errors? We had problems with automatic overdue fees which started working when we found a DB error with tables not closed properly.
