server status problems?

Going to server status in the main clients page... when i click on server status, it shows up and says

 

Server Load Uptime

Not Available Not Available

 

 

 

any suggestions?

what is the location of status.php? i couldnt find it nor do i have it

serverstatus.php in root directory and serverstatus.tpl in your template folder

but the knowledge based is showing status.php which one is which?

In your download there is a folder called "status" i think the link is to this one .

i don't use it so maybe someone else can confirm it :

Thanks for asking a question that was was going to get to myself.

 

Do the following;

 

1. Locate the folder called status thats in your WHMCS download.

2. In this folder you will find a file called index.php.

3. Rename this file to statusindex.php

4. FTP to the /public_html/yourwhmcs directory on your server

5. Log into your WHMCS installation and test.

 

I hope it works for you, it did for me.
