Unfortunatly Kayako support responses arn't reliable enough to base an actual time frame on release. jnet Posted April 1, 2008 Author Share Posted April 1, 2008 I know I chat with them and all of sudden the stop responding I close and open up another chat window they appoligize and say they were disconnected. I have gone to webhosting talk and a few other forums and searched in Google I did not find one possitive response regarding their support. Now I hoped that I could use their knowldege base searching function when submitting a new ticket but found out after purchase that the function does not work with korean lanauge or non latin languages I sent them a ticket with definately they will not respond.
