ramystyle
We have a client a uses a Mac and replies to ticket support directly from his email software.. We always get strange characters on the Client's name such as: =?ISO-8859-1?Q?Marc-Andr=E9_Nnnn?= And in the body of the mail, we get: --Apple-Mail-6-519973905 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed; delsp=yes Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable and the we get the user's message... Any ideas on how to fix this ? Thank you.

DataHosts
Seems to be an issue with the Mac Fonts in use. Have them try this: 1) use Font Book to resolve duplicates and validate fonts and files 2) then clear the font cache 3) restart Not sure if this will do anything, but worth a shot. This is an issue on the Mac side and not WHMCS from my research.
