nielsenj
This modification integrates the Kayako troubleshooter module into the WHMCS template. The result is an integration similar to the default Kayako Knowledgebase integration. Requirements: - Kayako SupportSuite 3.20.02 STABLE Owned version - General knowledge on how to edit php files on a server. mylove4life
how did u do it? The same as the others? I talked to Kayako and they said you would have to have Matt add the mods they did for the others.
nielsenj
how did u do it? The same as the others? I talked to Kayako and they said you would have to have Matt add the mods they did for the others. Kayako has long pawned stuff off on other developers when the blame really lies with their lack of effort. I hate to say that, as i love their software, and won't switch until hell freezes over, but it is the truth! The only changes required on WHMCS's side are template changes. Matt has provided them with everything they need (from a basic integration point of view). The troubleshooter integration required changes to forward it properly to the new front end file for WHMCS and a couple of minor changes to allow comments and to properly track the "back" link which didn't like to work because of cross-session issues. Other than that, yeah, don't believe anything Kayako tells you Regards, J
mylove4life
I won't..... in fact other than that added I think it's solid other than the problems people are having. I'll add yours and test... thanks for taking the time to write it...
