On the demo page, I see that the support ticket is using normal protocol. Can I enable ssl if I want to?

Sometimes my customers will need to enter their username&password in the ticket so we can fix the problem for them. And I dont want those info to be transfered in clear text.

Of course you can. The demo does not have an SSL certificate so doesn't use SSL for anything. Your WHMCS install would if you have installed an SSL.

Yes I believe it can. Our support tickets are all handled under ssl.
