about Hidden support departments

Hi

 

Today I just made a hidden support department and gave a link to somebody to fill it up and send it how ever I did not find the ticket in my admin control panel neither did I receive any email regarding this open ticket

 

It was when I learned his ticket number which helped me find it

 

what is the trick?

 

as the admin where am I supposed to see the tickets opened?
