jnet Posted March 21, 2008 Share Posted March 21, 2008 Hi Today I just made a hidden support department and gave a link to somebody to fill it up and send it how ever I did not find the ticket in my admin control panel neither did I receive any email regarding this open ticket It was when I learned his ticket number which helped me find it what is the trick? as the admin where am I supposed to see the tickets opened? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
