CDG Quantum integration

Hi,

 

I am trying to setup my quantum gateway (from CDG Com.) I am currently not accepting american express cards. Is there a way to remove the american express option from the order form?

 

Also, I set it to use maxmind, but I was told that since Maxmind is built into quantum I dont have a license key available. The problem is that when I place a test transaction I get a Maxmind Error (license key required) from WHMCS.

 

Any idea?

I think if you change it in Configuration > General > Invoices > Accepted Credit Card Types it should change it on the order form too ?
