SRobinson
Hi all, Just wondering where its possible to find what "options" are support in each domain (such as DNS Management, DNS Forwarding, ID Protection and EPP Code) so i can enable them in the WHMCS? chickendippers
This is being worked on for the Wiki. Currently the DirectI module only supports ID Protection and EPP Code, but not all domains use the EPP system.
SRobinson
Thanks very much So does this mean if i would like my clients to be able to change there DNS settings such as the nameserver i would have to use a registrar such as eNom? WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 18, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 18, 2008 No, DNS Management is not nameserver changes. All registrar modules support nameserver changes by customers from within the WHMCS client area. The DNS Management is actual host record management, A Records, Cname Records, etc... SRobinson
Hi, Thanks very much for the reply there Matt and chickendippers. Where would i find what domains require an EPP Code then? Regards, Scott
chickendippers
Go to each domain's registry and look up the technical documentation? Or go to a big registrar and see which domains require an EPP code.
