I have a few questions, sorry if they seem "obvious."

 

For someone with a intermediate experience with *NIX/Unix, how hard is it to install WHMCS?

PayPal is supported, correct?

Would it be possible to change a few things in WHMCS to work with vBulletin? (as in, making a few files modification to upgrade a user account to usergroup id x when the username and password has been entered properly? I can do this either way but I need to know if it would be easy.)

yes and installing it is the easyest out of any billing script I have worked with in the past...

 

best to ask support directly for the vBulletin one, but I'm sure it can be done...
