ramystyle Posted March 14, 2008 Share Posted March 14, 2008 This was a feature I have requested over 6 months ago and not many people felt it was important. I still wish people can see the importance of having the option to create knowledgebases in different languages.. It's a bit weird when a customer picks another language than english and gets to the knowledgebase in a different language. We are planning to have our website in both english and french soon and we wish we could have an option in the admin section where we can create a knowledgbase for english and a knowledgebase for french.. That way if a client selects french, only the french knowlegebase shows up.. Can others show their support to this thread so that option can be implemented in futur updates ?
