kevc978 Posted March 7, 2008 Share Posted March 7, 2008 Hi, We changed to Sequential Invoice Number Format to give it a try and give customers a better looking invoice system than random numbers but it seems to be buggy. A customer paid their invoice after first overdue notice, yet received a second overdue notice the next day and called to complain. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
