Reseller accounts

We need to setup resellers in WHMCS. The reseller orders services with a discount. We bill the reseller, the reseller bills the end-user. the domain whois must report the end user as owner.

Is it possible to manage this in WHMCS ?

WHMCS doesn't manage the reseller's customers, but you can bill and setup your resellers in WHMCS.

Without ability to create discunt classes for resellers and flexibility to create sub-accounts it seems impossible to me even to sell multi domain plans for webmasters.

I'm not sure what you mean by "discount classes". You can create reseller accounts in cPanel for example, WHMCS supports this.

For Example:

You have two levels of discounts to your resellers. DiscountA with 10% and B with 20%.

The reseller will be billed with a different price depending on the Discount category assigned.

I spotted the same problem, we would like to sell Domains to normal users at X but offer them to our customers with Reseller hosting at discounted rate Y. This doesn't appear to be an option in WHMCS at the moment, it would nice if it were added !

Ah right, no WHMCS can't do discounts like that with domains. If I were to do that I'd just give them a sub-reseller account under my DirectI account. You can set up all sorts of pricing slabs, sounds just like what you need.
