I really think that whmcs(the site, and the billing system) needs a new web design. Something like Kayako or IP.

With one of the things you can modify to your needs really well (and easily I found), I don't think you can ask for much more on the WHMCS template side of things to be honest.

I agree..for those who don't know, WHMCS is actually pretty customizable. You can change the images, color scheme, header, footer..plus tons of other things. make sure you always do a backup just incase but the design doesn't need much work on their end, that should be work on your end

The billing system itself is totally customisable, you can modify anytjing the customer sees. I think the OP was also referring to the WHMCS website....but it makes sense that they both have a similar layout.
