Free trial - Account Upgrade Help

I am trying to set up a two month free trial. What I want to do is send a email to the clients 14 days before end of trial to upgrade there account or it will be suspended.

 

I have a one time payment for $0. This account is upgradeable to any of the paid options.

 

What i would like to know if I can have the upgrade notification email and the suspension automated or will i have to do these tasks manually.
