teal
Whenever someone forwards a message to our support e-mail which gets automatically generates a ticket, the forwarded part of their message is always missing. Also, if they forward a screenshot or graphic, that's missing as well. Is there some way to make it so we can see that stuff?
hightekhosting
Once again, to save another topic, we too have this issue. Can anyone advise on how to resolve this so that the forwarded emails appear? Some of our clients continuously forward emails to us, despite us stating not to, so we'd prefer to get around this than keep telling them Dale
scurrell
Same here. It gets tiring having to keep asking customers to resend.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 30, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 30, 2008 You'll have to remove the breaklines from tblticketbreaklines table to stop it ending the import at those lines and the downside is that you will then always have the previous reply imported also. gmaciolek
As a huge number of our issues end up forwarded into our system via forwards, this is pretty problematic. Can you offer any help as to how to implement the change you suggested?
gmaciolek
EDIT: I had asked for a brief HOW-TO, but it looks like it got lost in HTTP POST / Cache purgatory. "Re: My previous post, I've updated the table and am testing now."
miketree
why not have this as a checkbox in the config for a future release?
