Hi, I've been getting this error returning to people when they email:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

pipe to |/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/mixstrea/public_html/secure/pipe/pipe.php

generated by sales@mixstream.net

The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

------ pipe to |/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/mixstrea/public_html/secure/pipe/pipe.php

generated by sales@mixstream.net ------

PHP Warning: Module 'ionCube Loader' already loaded in Unknown on line 0

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix for it?

Thanks :D

I found the problem, I installed Ioncube a while back and entered the zend_extension line in to php.ini - a few days ago I recompiled PHP in WHM and must have selected ioncube so there were 2 running.

I just deleted the line from php.ini that I'd added previously and it all works now :) Hopefully this thread might help someone else who does the same in future.
