princ
Hello all, it's great to be here I have 2 questions for now regarding WHMCS 3.6 version. 1. How can I stop domain availability checker from checking certain extension if it's registered? Example, I am registering .com .net .org domains and .com.tw .net.tw .org.tw. The checker checks perfect for the first group, but for the second one it says that every domain is available. I want the script to check only if the first group is registered, for the second one to give an reply like "E-mail us to check if that domain is registered" and I will check it with the registrant (they dont publish the database I think). 2. I have seen in many places that for example if you e-mail support@domain.com you get auto-reply that a ticket has been opened. Can that be done with WHMCS? If yes, can someone give me details please how to do that? Thanks in advance, princ.

princ
Regardin the first question, that domain extension doesn't have public whois. For every whois you get domain is free. I have similar problem like this one . Can I disable the whois option only for that type of extension?
