Steve C Posted Tuesday at 01:06 AM Share Posted Tuesday at 01:06 AM This is probably the wrong community to address an issue I am having with WHMCS, and may seem like a pretty stupid issue to all in the tech world, but here goes. I have been a member for maybe 8-10 years or so. I primarily use the site to pay for my Aurora TV streaming, and to get technical support for the same. Up until a couple of weeks ago, I never experienced login issues with the WHMCS site to pay my Aurora bill. Now, for some reason, the systems now ask for a 2nd-factor Authentication after I enter my UN and PW. I guess it is supposed to send the authentication to my phone or email, but I never receive it. I have sent WHMCS multiple emails, but I never get a response, and no, it's not going to my spam folder. Can anyone help, PLEASE and Thanks.
