JoeLitO
Hello, I signed a reseller account domain DIRECTI through the promotion of WHMCS. The question I have is that if a customer registers a domain on my page, you can handle your DNS domain from WHMCS system that I have on my website. My client may modify the DNS its domain from its control panel as often as you want?. What it means: Manage DNS ($ -1.00 USD)?. regards, Joel
lynnette
As far as I know the clients can only manage the nameservers listed, thats not the same as managed dns.
chickendippers
No, the DirectI module does not yet support managed DNS.
Lethanialist
The only way you could allow the customer to manage his own DNS is to move the domain to another customer account from Directi. This will, however, stop the purchasing ability of WHMCS as it will not have access to that account. You can set the prices in your Directi control panel and have the customer pay for renewals/DNS management/etc there, but it's up to you. Either way you're getting money (Directi's panel has your customers pay you directly).
