Serenade
I don’t know why, and I really don’t think it’s a problem with my server since I never get any slow speeds or downtimes, but when I test register for a free account on my site; once I click “Check Out” and enter all my profile information and click the final “submit” button, I end up waiting over 3-4 minutes. Like I said, I don’t know what it is. Maybe it’s because WHMCS is trying to setup the account and subdomain etc, but it’d be really cool if there was like a progress bar page or something? Or even something like “Your account is currently being created; this step may take several minutes”. Or just something to let my clients know that my server doesn’t suck, and isn’t slow. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
chickendippers
The order button should redirect customers to the payment page. Which gateway are you using, maybe they're having server problems?
Serenade
No, it's for a free account, not a paid one. Thanks for the quick reply.
