statewide
I have a customer that signed up yesterday 2/19. But didn't pay with paypal yet. He will pay today 2/20. How do I change his account so that the due date is a couple days later? I want to ensure that when he pays, it is with PayPal subscription. And not just a one-time payment with paypal. How do I get this done? Thank you. I searched the WHMCS forums for PayPal subscriptions, but only saw other issues mentioned.
chickendippers
Just change the due date of the invoice to be a few days later.
statewide
I can't find where to edit the due date. Wherever I see the due date, it is grayed out so I can't change it.
statewide
Okay I went to Clients -> View Clients -> 15 (clicked on client number) -> Invoices Tab -> Edited Invoice -> went to Options Tab -> and changed Due Date from 02/19/2008 into 02/29/08. Clicked SAVE. And then I view the invoice thereafter, and the Due Date STILL displays the old due date ( 02/19/2008 ).
PPH
It should have saved the new due date. Did you click the save right under those fields? Not the one below! You are aware that the subscriptions will then not be paid until the 30th of each month doing this?
statewide
Okay, I see. I was clicking on the wrong SAVE button. Thanks! I will use 02/20/08 as the due date. Thanks for letting me know. I didn't know that the subscriptions payment would be on the 30th.
PPH
Yes, when we first started with WHMCS we had the same problem with two different forms being on the same page with separate save buttons! I might be wrong on the PP subscription as they may actually go by the actual day it is signed up for. But of course they don't actualy pay subscriptions until the following day from then on.
