version 3.6 domain registration

anyone having this issue in version 3.6 with the singlepage orderform?

 

I allow domain registration and use an existing domain

1. i want xxxx to register a new domain for me

2. I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers only.

 

now when a client goes to order.php and selects "Domain registration" then option one appears "I want xxxx to register a new domain for me"

then you search for a domain , the results come up and suddenly option two appears as well "i will use my existing domain and update my nameservers only"

now what for the second option appears ? because if the client selects it , it takes him no where and will show a $00 order .
