Why suspended accounts are included in Income Summary ?

Yes, they are

 

i don't think this is give cleare image about the bussines. am i right ?

No, suspension is most commonly done because a client is overdue on payment. More often than not they simply forget to pay. Therefore they will pay at some point and so the suspended accounts should be considered that they will be continuing.

I believe it terminates everytime your cron runs, if the hosting account set to do so - and will permently delete it from the server as if you was to click terminate in WHM.

 

 

Is that correct ? If that is the case then it is possible that a terminated account's username could end up being used again for another new domain and become terminated when the cron runs because a previous account had used that username in whm.

 

I can't see see whmcs trying to terminate an account every time the cron runs.

Yes, provided the earlier package's status is not set to terminated/cancelled.
