Anyone tried QuickHelp Connect for WHMCS? Thoughts?

I’ve been trying out QuickHelp Connect for WHMCS recently, and it’s actually been pretty helpful so far. The WhatsApp and Telegram options make it easier for clients to just click and start a conversation instead of opening tickets for everything.

The floating chat button is simple but does the job, and I didn’t run into any issues setting it up from the admin side. It’s also nice that you can toggle channels on/off depending on what you want to use.

Still testing it, but overall it seems like a solid addition if you want quicker client communication.

Thanks for sharing this. I’ve been looking for something to reduce ticket load, especially for quick pre-sales questions. How has it been in terms of response management? Do messages get overwhelming when multiple clients reach out via WhatsApp/Telegram?

 Good question, it’s more of a click-to-chat setup. It doesn’t log conversations inside WHMCS, so you’ll still handle chats in WhatsApp or Telegram. I’ve mostly been using it for quick pre-sales questions so far.

Quick update after a few more days of testing — still using it mainly for pre-sales chats. It’s been helpful for quick questions, but for anything technical, I still direct clients to tickets. Curious if anyone else has tried mixing both approaches?
