Athenox Posted January 18 Share Posted January 18 Hello, I've been in the hosting market for very recently and I need help with a very low conversion rate. Over the last 30 days, I've had some 179 unique visitors for 39 conversions to WHMCS (5 domain scans and 34 clicks to an offer), however, no purchases. I reviewed the visitor path using my offer with the best click-through rate (a VPS), and found a few issues that I fixed. WHMCS was requesting nameservers, which I corrected. I also added a summary of the offer in the description so that visitors are less confused. Currently, prices are displayed excluding tax on my site (even if it is specified that it is excluding tax) but therefore I need to display them including tax.
