This usually means you will need your mail server configuration to allow connections to external SMTP servers. And/Or whitelist your WHMCS's IP. Você também pode obter mais informações marcando a caixa "Depuração" ao clicar em Configurar provedor de e-mail. I was using cPanel hosting, but it's not good for HTML5.
