churchmedic
In the Client Center, in My Details, Change Password, it asks for the new password and then to confirm the new password. When submit is clicked the message "# Your existing password was not correct #" appears. However, there is not an opportunity to enter the existing password. we just upgraded to the latest version... WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 14, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 14, 2008 That would mean you haven't updated the changed templates in your custom template folder. This is not a bug. Matt
9thnode
I'm sorry Matt, could you elaborate a little. I'm not sure what you mean by "you have not updated the changed templates in your custom template folder." I am not using a custom template, just the standard portal template. Thanks. twilightwebdesign
You need to upload the new portal template package then. Or do a compare checks between the old and new files and make the required changes. (list of changed template files in the package read me file)
