TJfromAeroWave
Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with WHMCS billing for a low-cost monthly product (£1.99/month). I want the first invoice to be prorated fairly from the signup date to the 1st of the next month, and then all future invoices to recur on the 1st of each month. Example: Today is 4th September, a customer signs up. Ideally, the first invoice would cover 4th September → 1st October (partial month). The next invoice would then be 1st October, and every month after that on the 1st. What I’ve tried: Pro Rata Date = 1 Charge Next Month = 0 But WHMCS still calculates the price incorrectly at checkout resulting in the price on checkout as (£3.78). Has anyone successfully configured WHMCS so that: First invoice is only for the days used until the next 1st, and All future invoices always hit on the 1st? Any advice, best practices, or hooks would be hugely appreciated!
Mytihost
Not 100% certain but try changing charge next month to 31
