Dear WHMCS Support Team,

We are using WHMCS for our order management and need a front-end customisation that applies across multiple products based on specific conditions.

Requirements:

Hide Pricing & Setup Fees in Billing Cycle Dropdown

For all products, the “Choose Billing Cycle” dropdown should display only the billing cycle name (e.g., “12 Months”), without showing prices or setup fees.

This change should apply globally across the order forms.

Conditional Product Name & Price Display in Order Summary

If a product has an associated Configurable Option Group, the product name and product recurring amount should be hidden in the order summary sidebar.

In such cases, the order summary should display only the selected configurable options and their associated pricing.

If a product does not have any Configurable Option Group assigned, the product name and price should remain visible as per normal WHMCS behaviour.

Backend/Admin Side

All pricing, setup fees, and product details should remain fully visible to admin users for invoicing, provisioning, and order management.

The above changes are for the client-facing order form only.

Goal:
We want to streamline the presentation for products sold purely on a per-license or configurable-option basis while keeping full transparency for products sold as fixed packages.

Could you please advise the best method to implement this in a template-safe and upgrade-friendly way, preferably using overrides without modifying WHMCS core files?
