Carlito
I just became a newly customer of whmcs due me purchasing a hostgator reseller account. How ever some files fail to upload inside the billing folder and the ioncube folder. I don't understand why? I set my WS_FTP Professional 2006 transfer mode to binary.
PPH
You should not need the ioncube folder. A support ticket to HG may help for difficulty uploading files? Have you tried to upload the archive and extract? You can then move and rename folders accordingly.
Carlito
can you extract inside of ftp? EDIT Snap of the problem,
PPH
You can log in to your cpanel and do so with the filemanager there if needed. Or if you have requested ssh you can do it through a command prompt. Not sure if your ftp program can do any of that, but I have my doubts. I recall reading something about wsftp having trouble with the ioncube encoded files?

railto
create an archive of the whmcs folder, upload that on wsftp, then login to cpanel and fo to file manager, navigate to the archive and then extract using the filemanager
