WHMCS is creating a separate inovice. In our Accounting than we are entering manually.

Is there any accounting software which we can integrate directly with WHMCS? For example any  booking is coming online via WHMCS, its creating a separate invoice. Is there any way we can integrate with our accounting software like zohor or Quickbooks?

Yes that is possible to connect WHMCS to ZOHO or Quickbooks, 

There is ready module available for Quicknook and even you can integrate Custom API too.
