Looking for a Solution to Manage Client Fields in WHMCS Platform?

Recommended Posts

I am currently running a hosting business using the WHMCS platform and have noticed that the checkout form presented to customers is quite lengthy and not user-friendly. There’s no clear indication of which fields are required versus optional, which can lead to confusion during the checkout process.

As the admin, I recognize that this creates a poor user experience, and I’m looking for a solution that allows me to manage and customize the form fields directly from the admin area.

My goal is to streamline the process and make it more user-friendly for clients.

Any suggestions or guidance on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance!
