How to Get Started with WHMCS for a New Hosting Business?

wajaces

Question

Hi everyone,

I’m considering using WHMCS to launch my new hosting business, but I’m still in the early stages and have a few questions. I’ve looked at the features, and it seems like a powerful platform for managing clients, billing, and support, but I’m not sure where to start.

For those who’ve used WHMCS to set up hosting businesses, what would you recommend as the first steps? Should I focus on customizing the templates or setting up automated billing first? Also, are there any essential plugins or integrations I should consider to get the most out of WHMCS right from the start?

I came across this website:https://whmcs.community/topic/279973-3-brand-new-whmcs-templates-salesforce-developer-training -quick-setup-settings-area-google-translate/?do=findComment&comment=1269101

Additionally, I’m interested in learning how WHMCS handles scalability as my business grows. Does the platform handle high-volume clients well, or are there any performance considerations I should be aware of?

Looking forward to hearing your experiences and any advice you have for someone just starting out.

Thanks in advance!
