Revolution
When I change the invoice due date in the admin>>client invoice section, after i press save, the date then shows 00/00/0000. I then I have to enter it once again, and then it takes it. I have reproduced this error everytime.
JasonO
I beleive you must use the exact format of DD/MM/YYYY. So let's say today for example - 09/02/2008 You must use both characters for the day and month. I wasn't aware of this at first, and this caused dates to be 00/00/0000.

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 9, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 9, 2008 You must be entering it in an incorrect format first time around as I can't reproduce it here and it's the same code used both times you save. Matt
JasonO
i have mine setting in config as mm/dd/yyyy. This should work , why wouldn't it? Well, I believe you need a digit for each letter. So invalid would be : 2/10/2008 - but valid would be 02/10/2008. A few people reported it a while back and this was the solution as to why it was returning 00/00/0000.
Voodoo
I have not even been able to change a due date. The invoice only will say due on whatever date I create it. And that is using the correct format or an invalid one
