temi Posted April 7 Share Posted April 7 Hello, I have a payment that was issued through the deprecated PayPal Basic module, but the payment hasn't processed at all even though the gateway log says it's been successful. Is there a way to process the existing payment through the paypal basic payment gateway or do I need to cancel the previous payment with paypal basic and have them use the current PayPal Payments gateway to charge them? I attempted to see if there was any way to get the payment to process but I have been stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
