brianoz
Some bugs we've found, will update as they're fixed unless Matt gets here first ... Many pre-existing tickets have replies displayed as "//" (only, ie text is not displayed) eWay credit card processing fails (could be specific to us?) (ticket 554996)
Dominic
Glad we're not the only ones seeing that seemingly random ticket display bug (have reported it also)
brianoz
Yes, it's possible that the only issue of the above that is general is the replies one; I'm working on the others, and have reported them to WHMCS ...

Nick
I'm getting the ticket problem too, looks like there's just data missing - the // : are where the time and date should be, there's no ticket reply and no customer name. Oddly, no name but everything else for the reply above.
brianoz
Matt found there were some corrupted files in our installation; after reinstalling most (if not all) of our problems are fixed (ticket 307770). I'll post here if anything is still broken but for now all is well. In particular tickets are working again. I just love the merge tickets feature! WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 8, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 8, 2008 The eWay problem was a result of corrupted files, the tickets issue was a bug and is now fixed. Need to reupload the attached supporttickets.php file to the admin folder if you are experiencing that - just corrects a display error.
