Leya_000 Posted March 11 Share Posted March 11 Hello, Hope you are doing good. I have a weird issue (at least for me). The Billing & Support section should be disabled for all users on our WHM servers. I've disabled the option in Application Links, but for some reason, only one customer can still see it in cPanel. All other users on that exact server do not see the option in cPanel. They are all on the same plan and using the same package. Does anyone know why this is happening or what I can check to find the difference between this account and the others?
