Can't process stripe payments... An unexpected error - No Stripe Payment Method found from token

Hi, 
I can't process Stripe payments.
I linked my stripe publishable API key and Secret key using the WHMCS app on Stripe, it gave me a restricted key and publishable api key which i pasted into WHMCS.

When I try to process a payment, I get 
```
UserID => 2
Status => error
message => An unexpected error - No Stripe Payment Method found from token
token => 
```

I have looked everywhere on the forums, I have reinstalled my WHMCS multiple times, I have reset templates, order forms, I have looked everywhere.

also just noticed if i look on the plesk logs, its saying

This API call cannot be made with a publishable API key. Please use a secret API key. You can find a list of your API keys at https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/apikeys.

I have double checked to put them in the right boxes before any of you say xD
