Change Announcements Article Title in header to only say "Announcements"

When viewing "Announcements" it does in fact say "Announcements" in my header. However, when clicking on an article, then the article's title displays in the header section. The article's title also shows below in the article. 

How can I change the header so it only says "Announcements" even when clicking on an announcement article?

Please disregard! I got it figured out. I had to edit a file in the /includes folder.

Nope, never mind that did not work. It changes all the headers to say "Announcements". 

If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it!
