After upgrading 8.11 , oxapp wont show managed or create new email

Hello,

After upgrading 8.11 , oxapp wont show ( managed or create new email buttom )  in Customer dashboard.... i use twelve default template.. nothing special or customized....   I have open a ticket with whmcs .. but i have clients that needs create accounts on my back...  Any help highly appreciate it...
