I have a template called 'xx VPS Activation' , placed in Product/Service Messages category. The content of the email is: Main IP Address: {$service_dedicated_ip} SSH username: {$service_username} SSH Password: {$service_password} Virtual tuner addresses: {$service_custom_field_virtip} I have a product which has custom field: 'virtip|Virtual tuner addresses' HOWEVER, When i go here and try to 'Send Message' and choose the 'xx VPS Activation' template, the '{$service_custom_field_virtip}' is blank in the sent email, it does not send the values from this field.
