ItsCowboy Posted November 14 Share Posted November 14 Hi guys…I tried using search function and none of them were exactly my issue so I wanted to ask. I offer a 24hr free trial of my service. In the product setup screen under pricing there is the option to auto terminate/fixed term which I set to 1, meaning I want it to deactivate the product after 24hrs/1 day. When I create a new trial account it is not setting the termination date under the free trial in the customers products screen meaning under active services it’s still showing that the free trial is active still.
