The transaction records in WHMCS only show one but the total is double in "Gateway Balance". Stripe shows two charges for each client happening at the exact same time. Huslua Posted February 3 Share Posted February 3 I’ve had a similar issue before, and it turned out to be a syncing problem between WHMCS and Stripe. It seemed like WHMCS didn’t update its records properly after processing a payment, but Stripe ended up charging clients twice. In my case, it was due to a misconfigured webhook or an automated retry that triggered the second charge.
